Large Red Wilendure Christmas Folkart Array Novelty Vintage Printed Tablecloth (86 X 60)
This is a great primary tablecloth in loved but still nice condition. The color is a deeper red than it looks in the pictures, more of a blue blood red. Wilendur added the e in 1958 and there are four common styles. The first is the array style, the most common Wilendur style. The second is border, where the pattern goes all the way around. Arc style has an arc at each end of the cloth when rectangular but looks like a border cloth when square. The fourth type I call selvedge. This one is the array style and it's a big one with 15 pattern instances.
This pretty cloth has a mild fade and about five tiny broken threads or pinholes. Most are in the center but they will likely be covered with platters anyway.
- Dye Condition: gently faded noticeable in the blue. The red is bold and a wonderful blue red.
- Fabric Content:cotton
- Holes/Tears:a handful of tiny pinholes/broken threads
- Size:86 X 60
