Feels like it might be a Simtex. The fabric is good and strong. However there are several pale yellow spots that faded in Oxy but are still visible. There are a few small spots that look permanent. It would be a good cloth to use outside or with the kids where you dont have to worry about perfection. Actually, it sounds a lot worse than it looks in person.
