The manufacturer is Prints Charming and the name of the pattern is Christmas Chimes. The fabric under the label is darkened and I dont know if that will soak out. Do not use Oxy on rayon cloths, Biz is safer. There are a few very light green areas of dye transfer outside the pattern. Not very obvious. This sometimes happens when tablecloths are stored in the bag and the bag starts to degrade, off-gassing.
