It was sealed in a bag so it is a little stinky. It is very pretty though and would be the perfect tablecloth to use with the kids. I think the vinyl is bonded to the fabric surface yet the rose pattern seems to be floating on top. It is really unusual. There is some light storage staining along the edges as pictured. I wouldnt use Oxy on this cloth, would try a wash in a regular detergent instead.
