Wilendur Pastel PENN-DUTCH Vintage Tablecloth 3 Napkins Wilendur Pastel PENN-DUTCH Vintage Tablecloth 3 Napkins Pennsylvania Dutch quilt patterned tablecloth in the pastel colorway. Predominant colors are taupe, rose, burgundy, slate and grass green. Still has its original sewn in Wilendur tag. It looks more washed out in the pictures than in real life because the sun was strong. This tablecloth is shown on page 129 of "Elegant Table Linens From Weil & Durrse Including Wilendur" by Michelle Hayes. Michelle says that the tablecloth was designed by Sergei Bogdanovich in 1957. She describes this as "A popular design showing hearts, which symbolize love, and birds, which bring good luck. Size: 45 X 41 napkins 16 X 16 Fabric Content: Nice midweight cotton Dye Condition: Very gently faded Holes/Tears: None Stains: Some very light yellow staining can be seen in the pink part only when the cloth is held to the light. One napkin has a small light stain as shown. I haven't washed this set Hems/Selvedges: Good | |
