Turquoise PA Dutch Colonial MWT Vintage Tablecloth This bright Sun Glo tablecloth retains its original paper labels including a pricetag for $1.99 from G Fox & Co in Hartford, Connecticutt. The pattern name is Penn Dutch. The colors are turquoise, scarlett, mustard and olive with black details. I did see a couple of pindot sized spots that look dark gray. Maybe dye spots, although there is no gray in the pattern. There may be some very, very slight age staining on the label face, I couldn't decide. The label was held onto both sides of the cloth to prevent it being opened in the store I guess. There are two tiny holes on each side that I think are just threads squished over and they'll be fine once the tablecloth is washed. Christmas Carollers Holly NWT Vintage Tablecloth I like this tablecloth. It does have some medium age staining to it though, hence the lower price. Hopefully it will clean up with a Biz soak. You cannot use Oxy because of the gold. If Biz alone doesnt work, you can try adding a little chlorine bleach to the Biz soak and watch it carefully. Rinse, rinse again in a mild white vinegar and water bath then wash. The original paper label is attached from Sun-Glo Holiday. The pattern name is Christmas Carol. A small amount of Biz can be used but you need to make sure it is the old Biz, not the new Biz with Oxy boosters. If necessary, a watchful soak with a small amount of bleach in water followed by a white vinegar in water rinse is my fallback for these gold dye cloths. Sorry the pictures look blue! There is some minor storage staining along a few of the folds. Not very dark. There is also a slight vinegar smell to the cloth from being stored in a plastic bag. That happens when the plastic starts to degrade. It doesn't seem to have caused any problems with the tablecloth though. Early Red Floral Plaid MWT Vintage Tablecloth This unusual cloth looks very early to me. About the same time period as the Leda cloths printed on a similar cactus cloth or linen burlap. The colors are smudgy and they have very little detail. Those are both hallmarks of 1930s tablecloths. The original label from Sunshine Washing Colors is attached. Overdyed Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth This is an oooold tablecloth. You can tell by the smooshy overdyed printing. I think it's probably early 40s but I'm not really sure. The predominant flower is lilies with some daisies mixed in. If you're trying to accumulate a collection with one of everything, this would be a good one to add. There are two noticeable areas of storage staining. They're not too bad and would hopefully soak out with Biz if you decided to remove the tag and use the tablecloth. I would not recommend using Oxy on this tablecloth because these early 40s dyes tend to be unstable in Oxy. There is also some light age staining along some fold edges. Old Overdyed Iris NWT Vintage Tablecloth A stunning example of an old overdyed early 40s? tablecloth. The colors are bright and look like they were spongepainted on. The fabric is a nice off-white cotton twill. The red is more of a blue red in person than it looks in the picture. My camera is terrible with reds unless I have a lot of natural light. There is some light storage staining and a few tiny dirt spots. If you want to soak this cloth, it's best to use Biz as these smooshy early dyes are often unstable in Oxy bleaches. Blue Fruit Basket NWT Vintage Tablecloth This is one of the most beautiful fruit tablecloths I have ever seen! It has wonderful blue fruit baskets brimming over with multicolored fruit. The original label is still attached. This tablecloth is New With Tag, not Mint. It has a few areas of staining. One by the label, one near the outer border. One on the edge along the fold which was probably on the outside. Still, it is a wonderful pattern!
