Dreamy Pink Blue Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is exactly the type of tablecloth I would use on my table. Pink and blue is my favorite color combination and the flowers are so pretty. I think they are mostly peonies. There is some light storage staining, particularly along a fold by the label. Part of a couple of the flowers in that corner look a little discolored to me from the staining. Hopefully it will wash out. 30s Fall Sunflowers MWT Vintage Tablecloth This unusual tablecloth reminds me of something but I cant put my finger on it. Maybe Arts & Crafts design? It has wonderful big stylized flowers that I think are sunflowers. Green, peach and a soft gold with black on an oatmeal colored linen. The tablecloth could use some airing out if you want to keep the tag attached. It has an atticky smell. There is one place on the green border where it looks like the gold dye smudged onto the green. Large Fruit on Pink NWT Vintage Tablecloth Probably my favorite fruit pattern of all time. I have had this tablecloth on heavy cotton and on sheeting. This is the heavier version. It has the original paper label from Taylor Wellington Sears. As with other early hand printed tablecloths, there are parts of the pattern that dont line up. Unfortunately there are some pen marks on the edge by the label. There are also some age spots here and there, some pictured. They are not too bad. Bright Red Yellow Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth This bright tablecloth has the original paper label. The colors are bright and smudgy, really pretty! There is a band of light age staining that runs the length of the center of the tablecloth. Hopefully that would come out with a Biz soak. As I folded the tablecloth, I found a light area of dye transfer that is the exact shape of the label on the fabric that must have been folded adjacent. There is also a slight pink tint to the tablecloth which is only really noticeable when the cloth is laid alongside a white tablecloth. Blue Fruit Basket NWT Vintage Tablecloth This is one of the most beautiful fruit tablecloths I have ever seen! It has wonderful blue fruit baskets brimming over with multicolored fruit. Old Overdyed Iris NWT Vintage Tablecloth A stunning example of an old overdyed early 40s? tablecloth. The colors are bright and look like they were spongepainted on. The fabric is a nice off-white cotton twill. The red is more of a blue red in person than it looks in the picture. My camera is terrible with reds unless I have a lot of natural light. There is some light storage staining and a few tiny dirt spots. If you want to soak this cloth, it's best to use Biz as these smooshy early dyes are often unstable in Oxy bleaches. Overdyed Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth This is an oooold tablecloth. You can tell by the smooshy overdyed printing. I think it's probably early 40s but I'm not really sure. The predominant flower is lilies with some daisies mixed in. If you're trying to accumulate a collection with one of everything, this would be a good one to add. There are two noticeable areas of storage staining. They're not too bad and would hopefully soak out with Biz if you decided to remove the tag and use the tablecloth. I would not recommend using Oxy on this tablecloth because these early 40s dyes tend to be unstable in Oxy. There is also some light age staining along some fold edges. Fruit Bowl Cheese MWT Vintage Tablecloth Ahh! One of the tablecloths that has caused endless debates in the tablecloth collecting community. There are some folks out there who believe this is a Wilendure pattern. Here it is with a Thomas label. Now, Wilendure let their design patents lapse and we know other manufacturers used them to print tablecloths. Woodstock Colorama and Thomas are suspects and there is a known copier in Canada whose name I can't remember. This tablecloth is bright and bold. It has two tiny spots, one of which looks like a weave spot, the other might be a dye spot. I would be VERY careful about soaking this in Oxy because I have had dreadful results with some of these red and brown Wilendure suspects. They tend to bleed profusely in Oxy. Stunning Pastel Floral MWT Vintage Tablecloth An unusual Thomaston Pedigree tablecloth with pastel colors and burgundy colors on a chevron textured off-white background. The large corner bouquets suggest maybe an early 40s date. These Thomaston cloths are very hard to find unfaded. This one is a beauty with the original paper tag attached. The pink color in the print is off a little (about a quarter of an inch)on most of the tablecloth. This is common on these early hand printed cloths. It gives it a whimsical less formal appearance. Two Color Fuscias in Pots Vintage Tablecloth MWT This one seems old to me. The label doesn't have a lot of information, like that pesky name. The two color printing would suggest maybe 1930s. OVAL Fall Fruit Unused Vintage Tablecloth The background is a light yellow, not white and is best shown in the whole tablecloth picture. This tablecloth came in the original plastic bag with the paper label. It has a bit of a smell from being in the bag for so long. It is supposed to be 67 inches round but it isnt that big, nor is it really round because the measurement in one direction is four inches shorter than the perpendicular. It is a later tablecloth than most vintage cloths. The printing is a little more rustic, the fabric not as thick. Round vintage tablecloths can be hard to come by because round tables became popular towards the end of the vintage tablecloth era, sometime during the 60s. Best Linen Fruit Napkins MWT Vintage Tablecloth This is one of the prettiest fruit tablecloths I have ever had! Bright primary colors on an unbleached linen with a deep blue band and bows. Six matching napkins which have a slightly lighter blue band. There is no manufacturer listed on the paper label. The linen has some slight variation including small bits of hull from the original flax. One of the napkins has a fabric fault as pictured. It is possible that the napkins were washed and that is why they are slightly lighter. They were well pressed again if so. Large Mod Floral MWT Napkins Vintage Tablecloth This larger linen rose tablecloth has never been used and still has a portion of the original paper label. It comes with six matching napkins, one of which has a dye spot plus some small age stains as shown. The whole set could use a freshening up because it has a slight atticky smell to it. The color is off on the picture with the napkins. The tablecloth is creamy not pure white.
