Carnations on Maroon MWT Napkins Vintage Tablecloth This great carnation tablecloth pattern was one of the first I owned. I had it in blue and I loved it a lot. Here it is in maroon with matching napkins. The attached paper label from Mastercraft reports the pattern name as Fruit Harvest. Go figure! It is definitely a Mastercraft tablecloth and unwashed, I guess they just accidentally used the wrong label! Some very light age staining but nothing obvious. Pink Flowers Bows NWT Vintage Tablecloth I have had this pretty tablecloth for a while. I tend to hang onto my favorites but it is time to work towards the bottom of my tagged tablecloth pile. The tablecloth has the original paper label from Mastercraft Hand Prints with no pattern name. I believe Mastercraft was a Canadian company. There is extensive light storage staining that I really didnt notice until I unfolded the cloth and held it to the light. Hopefully this will soak out. It is really not horrible on the table even the way it is. One light quarter sized yellow spot in the center field. Size: 53 X 53 (per label) Fabric Content: Midweight cotton/rayon blend Dye Condition: Good Holes/Tears: None Stains: Light staining here and there throughout. Visible but not horrible on the table. Mastercraft Floral NIB Vintage Tablecloth This pretty tablecloth tablecloth is in the original box with the original label and napkins. It has single colored printing that is a light steel blue. The edges have a matching overlock stitch. The close up corner picture is a funny color thanks to the lighting. The others are the true color. There are two light spots on the tablecloth as pictured. The box has seen better days but it's still intact for the most part. It does have a big piece of masking tape with writing on it. Thanksgiving Dinner MWT Vintage Tablecloth This great tablecloth would be great for Thanksgiving or any holiday party with food! It has turkeys, crabs, pheasants and hams. The center is a faux wood grain in gold. Because of the gold, I would avoid the use of Oxy products on this tablecloth. I have a smaller version of this tablecloth that has been used. This tablecloth is unused although it does have a small area of gray marks close to a selvedge. Mystery Canape Entertaining MWT Vintage Tablecloth This is another mystery tablecloth, dont I love them so much? I bought this thinking it was the famous California Handprints canape cloth with a paper label no less! How surprised was I when it arrived in a rayon body with a paper label from a Canadian manufacturer? I know that there are other Canadian manufacturers who print versions of Wilendur tablecloths too. Did they rip off the American designers? Did they buy the rights to reprint in Canada? Did the copyrights not extend beyond the borders? Who knows? This tablecloth has a paper label from Muir Original (notice the irony?) The pattern name is Invitation. There is a small blue penmark out in the border as shown. Since this is a rayon cloth, care should be taken, especially when the cloth is wet. I do not recommend the use of Oxy products on pure rayon tablecloths. This is not a perfectionist person tablecloth. The printing is a little offset in places. The gray center has an unevenness to it when you hold it to the light. Pink roses with tan/taupe leaves on an off-white cotton ground. It retains it's P and S Creations Table Tempo paper label which is very interesting. New Jersey State Souvenir MWT Vintage Tablecloth This New Jersey tablecloth is one of the best state tablecloth I've ever seen! The colors are wonderful and the overprinting leads me to believe it's an early 1940s date. In Pamela Glasell's Vintage Souvenir Tablecloths and Linens, she points to the Lakehurst site of the Navy dirigible fleet up until 1945. This was the location of the Hindenburg disaster in 1937. There is some light storage staining/surface dirt on the section that was exposed with the label. It's very light though. It could use a good airing out too. The pink raises it an extra level. To find it mint with four napkins is a great find! It has the original Paragon Needlecraft label with the pattern name Sunday Afternoon. Has the original price tag where it was marked down from 5.25 to 4.95 at Marshall Field and Company. The color looks dull in the whole tablecloth picture. The close ups are more realistic.
