Rare Easter Lamb Coverlet Vintage Tablecloth From my personal collection, this textile is actually a childs coverlet but is sold and used as a tablecloth. I think maybe a Mary had a little lamb theme with the well and the little houses. Use it alone or layer over a larger white cotton cloth. It is a sweet design! Except for the pink lamb eyes, they are a little weird. It is a little faded. It has blotchy fading across maybe a fifth of the blue as shown. It is a little worse in person than I could get to show in the pictures. A couple of little rusty colored spots are hard to see. Use with care and love. It is not getting enough petting stashed away in my cupboard! Damaged Rare State Flowers Vintage Tablecloth Another from my personal collection. This styled by Dewan cloth has the sewn in tag. It also has about a dozen holes. It is a fine linen, handkerchief weight maybe. I probably wouldnt use this cloth but it is pretty and pretty rare! Somewhat faded, has several holes and faint staining in the center field visible when the tablecloth is held to the light. HTF Cocktails Linen Vintage Tablecloth From my personal collection is this linen cocktail tablecloth with a sewn in Hardy Craft tag. Roosters, cherries and a lot of great drink recipes. The tablecloth is faded. It has one dime sized permanent stain (maybe glue) in the border. It is extremely sunny here today so the whole tablecloth picture makes the cloth look more faded than it is in person. Unwashed Mabel Lucie Attwell Vintage Tablecloth Mabel Lucie Attwell was a successful children's illustrator in England. As a child, I had two of her prints on bedroom wall that I have to this day. This tablecloth is from my personal collection. It has many of her illustrations of children and animals. It is in an unwashed state with the original sizing. It has some very slight age staining in a couple of places and is a little wrinkly from hanging around my house. A treasure! Fall Fairies in Love Vintage Tablecloth In my continuing effort to pass along my personal collection, here is another of my favorites. I have collected 1930s two color linens since I started collecting. This is a rare pattern. The colors are great. It has some dye faults as happened on these very early cloths. There are two light yellow stains. They are visible but not horrible. One by a corner pair and one by an edge. I couldnt get them to show well in the pictures. San Antonio Texas Sights Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth has sights from around San Antonio Texas. I'm not sure whether it is a souvenir from the main Plaza in town or one of the hotels. The colors are nice but it has pairs of little holes here and there throughout. Looks like it was folded at one time and something ate through or cut through many layers. Very strange. A couple of laundry markers on the back are barely visible on the front. I have so many tablecloths in the house it is time to thin out my collection. Golden Rooster MWT Vintage Tablecloth Gorgeous linen tablecloth with roosters in brown and gold. The colors are richer in person than in my pictures. Because of the metallic dye, you should not use Oxy on this tablecloth. There is some very slight age staining but it's close to the edge and should wash out. Rare Disney Snow White Napkins Vintage Tablecloth Another from my personal collection. It is not being enjoyed stashed away in a cupboard. I have run across this a couple of times but never in this larger size and never with the six matching napkins. One napkin has 2 dwarves. It is signed Walt Disney Productions 1962. It was described as unused when I got it but it actually had a couple of yellow stains. I soaked and they are now barely visible on the table. There are a couple of tiny broken threads, both near the selvedge. Some pindot dye spatter, most in one corner and pictured. The grumpy napkin is also lightly stained. Fabric flaw outside the border in one corner of the tablecloth. Early Pinups Beach Vintage Tablecloth From my personal collection. Great pattern with ladies lounging on the beach, playing golf and pleaying with beach balls. Oranges and palm trees. As sometimes happens with these late 30s tablecloths, the printing is offset worse in some areas than others. Smudges outside the printing in places. It is not perfect but the colors are great and the printing issues are consistent with the early print date. There is one small worn spot outside the border where it looks like the tablecloth caught on something.
