Roses Gray Bars Vintage Tablecloth This rose tablecloth is pretty but imperfect. There is a nickel sized light spot by the center that will not come out. There is a tiny pinhole nearby. About 2-3 inch long fabric flaw on a drop. Gently faded. Fiatelle Ferns on Pink Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth came unwashed. Like many tablecloths I have been buying lately, it also came with yellow staining. There was some along the inner edge of the border and some near the edge in one place. I soaked and the yellow around the center is no longer noticeable on the table. The yellow outside the border is still visible but fortunately is on the drop. I think that staining is dye transfer. Has a Fiatelle signature hidden in the pattern. An interesting pattern! The colors are deep pink and magenta in case they dont show well in the pictures. Pansies on Pink MWT Vintage Tablecloth Love this one! I have never had it before in pink. I have also never had it when it wasnt loved to death! This must have been a popular pattern! It is printed on a nice solid weight cotton/rayon blend. Has the original paper label from G.S. Co., one of my favorite manufacturers. 2-3 tiny pindot spots outside the border. Several places along the selvedge have slightly loose weaving as pictured.

Early Daylilies MWT Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is stunning! The use of overprinting blue and yellow to make green points to an early date. Maybe early 40s? The pattern also has a slight offset in places, common on earlier handprinted tablecloths. The background is ecru but I dont know if it started that color or if it has mellowed evenly over time. There are a few little light age spots here and there but the pattern is superb! The manufacturer is F.H. Co., one I dont remember seeing before. Earlier Burgundy Yellow Floral Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is probably earlier because of the two color printing and the overprinting where two colors are overdyed to make a third. It is a riot of burgundy and yellow, very striking! There are a couple of very faded yellow stains that are hard to see on the table. I did not try to remove them because the tablecloth is ironed so nicely and they are practically invisible. Slightly faded, I did find a cut partly through the tablecloth when I held it to the light. It is out in a leaf and hard to see. It should be stabilized before the cloth is washed again. Unusual Tillet Floral MWT Vintage Tablecloth This great floral has the original tag and shows it was designed by D.D. and Leslie Tillett. The Tilletts were world renouned artists and textile designers who created a line of tablecloths for Quality Linen (a Leacock Company) called Brush Prints. Part of their lives were spent in Mexico and perhaps this design is based on that experience. It is a wonderfully intricate pattern. The tablecloth has the original label from Quality Linen with the pattern name Montezuma. It has one light waterstain near the label as pictured. It is magenta and black on an oatmeal linen ground.

Daisies on Gray MWT Vintage Tablecloth This Bucilla tablecloth is a little different from your normal floral. It is stark and bold! Daisies and stripes in green, brown and white surround a silvery gray background. There are four napkins along, that are white cotton with green stripes. They are not the napkins from this tablecloth originally but they do go well. They have some light age staining though. There is some variation to the printing of the gray background, particularly in one quadrant of the tablecloth. A fabric flaw/dye fault in one branch as pictured. Pink Green Floral MWT Vintage Tablecloth This manufacturer is described in Colorful Tablecloths by Barineau and Henderson as Hollywood Hand Prints. With the tablecloths from this manufacturer, all the labels have a different name at the top that I believe is the pattern name. Some of them are flower names that match the flowers on the tablecloth. This label has the name Pasadena. The logo has been in use since 1941 and I suspect this is an earlier pattern by the overprinting. The pattern is loosely printed, noticeable on some of the flowers. It does have a couple of areas by the label where there must have been price type stickers at some time.
