Mod Roses on Gray MWT Vintage Tablecloth Love these Vicray tablecloths! Vicray is the rayon line of tablecloths from Victory. They have the greatest designs! This one has modern impressionist roses on a gray striped background. Very pretty and bold! The original paper label lists this pattern name as Only a Rose. There are a few scattered black dye spots here and there. One fabric fault less than an inch in length in one corner. A pencil mark by the label. One small area of light age staining should wash out. Pink Poppies on Yellow MWT Vintage Tablecloth This pretty tablecloth has pink and lipstick red poppies on a gold back ground with taupe daisies and gray/green leaves. Has the original paper label from Coronet. I see Coronet labels fairly frequently but didnt see them in any of the books. This is a cotton and rayon blend and rayon helps hold color like crazy. It also drapes nicely. This blend is slightly thinner than the blends from Prints Charming. Be careful when it is wet and it should provide good service for a long time. Slight age staining and dirt on the fold by the label. 60s Tulip Floral MWT Vintage Tablecloth You see a fair number of these Polish linen tablecloths coming out of Canada with a Heritage label. This one is American from Modern Era. The pattern name is Springtime. The printing is more rudimentary than the realistic florals of the 40s and not kitschy like the 50s. The colors are more 60s too. It is really pretty though. Primary Floral on Pink MWT Vintage Tablecloth This gorgeous tablecloth has the paper label from another of my favorite manufacturers, G.S. Co. Unfortunately it also has a few dark gray/black marks that I am not sure will come out since I dont know what they are. Stunning cloth I dont remember seeing before. Maybe it can find a new home with someone who will love it even if it is not perfect? It is a nice size. Along with the few dark spots in the middle, there are also a few taupe marks along the edge like the one pictured. There is also a fabric flaw that runs through the pink border at one end. You can see it in the picture with the taupe spot. Blue Dahlias Scrolls MWT Vintage Tablecloth Pretty tablecloth has the original paper label from Color-fornia. Red and deep blue flowers with yellow foliage on light blue. Obviously an earlier hand printed tablecloth. Another Color-fornia tablecloth is shown in Colorful Tablecloths by Barineau and Henderson. It is described as war era. Pink Magenta Hibiscus MWT Vintage Tablecloth This manufacturer is described in Colorful Tablecloths by Barineau and Henderson as Hollywood Hand Prints. With the tablecloths from this manufacturer, all the labels have a different name at the top that I believe is the pattern name. Some of them are flower names that match the flowers on the tablecloth. This label has the name Springtime. The logo has been in use since 1941 and I suspect this is an earlier pattern by the overprinting. Very slight age staining.
