Christmas vintage tablecloths were many of the first tablecloths I collected. I love the vintage Christmas icons, especially Santa and the reindeer. They remind me of the magic Christmas held for many of us when we were children. Like the Christmas in "A Christmas Story" but without the ugly leg lamp!

HTF CAHP Christmas Tree MWT Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is similar to the blue California Handprints cloth I had up a few weeks ago. If anything, this one is harder to find. Especially with the original paper label. It is a nice big size and clean! The California Hand Prints label lists the pattern name as Christmas Tree Lane, the same pattern name as the blue tablecloth was. There is a very slight storage smell to this tablecloth. Christmas Scrolls Bells MWT Vintage Tablecloth This wonderful Christmas tablecloth has the original label from Falspun Fallani and Cohn. The pattern name is Christmas Scroll. The greens are more towards the olivy side so I would expect this is a later 60s or maybe even early 70s tablecloth. It bears the signature of Luther Travis and is a great big size! When I got the tablecloth, the staple to the label went through both sides of the tablecloth. I carefully removed it. So there are about four small holes near the opposing selvedge. However, they do not have broken threads and should disappear when the tablecloth is washed. There is also some very slight storage staining that is not obvious and may wash out. Size: 90 X 60 (per label) Fabric Content: Midweight cotton Dye Condition: Good Holes/Tears: Tiny pinholes near the selvedge where the threads are pushed aside. Christmas Poinsettia MWT Vintage Tablecloth This wonderful Christmas tablecloth has the original label from Falspun Fallani and Cohn. The pattern name is Poinsettia. A wonderful bold statement! There are a couple of small dot spots in the center field that look like they might be woven into the fabric. There is also one nearby between the two borders. Some very light storage staining is not noticeable on the table and may wash out. Christmas Candles NWT Vintage Tablecloth This great patterned Christmas tablecloth has the original label from Falspun Fallani and Cohn. The pattern name is Candle. I love this pattern! Stark and beautiful! The cloth has some visible age staining however, it does not have gold dye so this is a candidate for soaking in an Oxy product like Oxyclean. Fairly significant age staining along the folds as well as small tan spots along the face that was exposed in storage. Size: 70 X 52 (per label) Fabric Content: Midweight cotton/rayon Dye Condition: Good Holes/Tears: None Stains: Fairly deep yellow staining along some of the folds plus some tiny tan spots on an exposed face.

HTF Startex Santa Vintage Tablecloth This larger and heavier weight Startex cloth is hard to find. It has the original Startex sewn in label. Love the graphics of Santa flying over rooftops with gift boxes in each corner. The pattern is gently faded. There are two lightly visible red dye transfer marks that I accidentally created by soaking this tablecloth with another. Hopefully these will continue to fade. They are very light. I had to hold the tablecloth up to the light to find them on the table. One light gray mark about an inch by a quarter inch that is not obvious. Christmas Poinsettia MWT Vintage Tablecloth I like this pattern. It would work really well with plain white china or something with a stark pattern. It has the original paper label from Designers Prints. The pattern name is Noel. It was in a plastic bag but I took it out. The pattern on this tablecloth goes end to end, there is no white border. 2nd Christmas Wreath MWT Napkins Vintage Tablecloth I bought two of these Christmas tablecloths. They came in a bag with a loose label and seven napkins each (I don't know why 7). They are unused and signed by the Ryans who designed many of the Fallani and Cohn tablecloths of the time. The pattern name is Christmas Wreath. Unlike most vintage tablecloths I buy, these two are cotton/polyester blended with a soil release finish. Easy to care for. I would still avoid the dryer because it distresses fabrics. Unused Wilendure Christmas Vintage Tablecloth This Wilendure tagged cloth seems to have never been washed. It may have been used because it has one small spot as pictured. It is a nice bigger size and printed on that wonderful heavier cotton. I like how the pattern is kept off the tabletop so that you can use patterned dishes without worrying whether they match exactly. According to my notes, the pattern name is Merry Christmas. Aside from the small spot, the tablecloth has one small fabric flaw as pictured. Large Christmas Minstrels MWT Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth is a good big size! It came in a plastic bag so it is clean but smells a little like vinegar as plastic bags start to degrade over time. A good wash should fix that. Has the original paper label from Prints Charming Sunweave with the pattern name Christmas Minstrels. The pattern has minstrels and fruit bowls too. Avoid the use of Oxy on this tablecloth with the high rayon content and the gold dye. The modularized rayon is a heavy fabric, not the floppy rayon that is found in some tablecloths. Scarlett Christmas Bells MWT Vintage Tablecloth This label has its original Fallani and Cohn paper label. The name of the pattern is Christmas Bells. Unlike other red Christmas cloths I've had, this is more of a scarlett red than a blood red. The printing is mod and somewhat sketchy. It is really unusual! I like the fact that it's plain in the center so the pattern doesnt fight with the dishes. There is one quarter inch darker spot in the center area. Bright Christmas Bells Vintage Tablecloth This may be one of those tablecloths that people argue about. Is it a Wilendure or isn't it? I suspect it might be either a Woodstock Colorama or a Thomas Handprints. It's a great one, whatever it is! Bright red and gold bells with chartreuse, grey and red greenery and adorable little gold stars! There are a few little light yellow stains on this cloth and some of the gold is gone, but overall it is still really pretty! Because this cloth has gold dye, I do not recommend cleaning with any Oxy products. I gave it a Biz soak and the stains are hard to see now. There is some light pink dye transfer I found in one of the bells, nothing noticeable. Also found one pinhole as pictured. Small parts of the hem are out to the first fold. Not visible on the front. Size: 54 X 49 Fabric Content: Cotton Dye Condition: Good with a little dye loss to some of the gold stars. Red Gold Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth The name of this rose patterned tablecloth is Holiday. It is by P&S Creations. Unfortunately it has extensive light storage staining. The staining is also darker along one long fold. It is darker in person than it looks in the pictures. Because of the gold dye, Oxy should not be used. I would maybe try Biz or something gentle like a free and clear laundry detergent. Because so many collectors prefer tagged tablecloths, I will not remove the label to soak it myself.

Pride of Flanders Poinsettia Christmas Vintage Tablecloth Gorgeous big Pride of Flanders scalloped edge linen tablecloth. Pride of Flanders is the brand that Weil and Durrse used for their linen tablecloths. The brand has many of the same patterns as Wilendur but with linen instead of cotton. This pattern is shown on page 101 of Elegant Table Linens by Michelle Hayes. No holes or stains found. Gently faded.

Unwashed Red Christmas Birds Vintage Tablecloth Pretty red Christmas tablecloth with poinsettias, ornaments and little birds. The birds are really cute. I would guess this is maybe an early 60s era cloth? I think it's all cotton and has never been washed. There are a couple of half inch light stains that are on corresponding areas. They're not very visible. There is also a small area of surface dirt which I think will wash off.

Great Gold Printed Parisian Prints Holiday Vintage Tablecloth MWT - Kismet Very versatile! This cloth could work from Halloween all the way through your holiday entertaining! The gold pattern consists of vining flowers and paisley with pretty gold flowers and clovers scattered in the center field. This is a nice off-white linen cloth called Kismet. As with all metallic dye cloths, I do not recommend cleaning in Oxy products.
