Christmas vintage tablecloths were many of the first tablecloths I collected. I love the vintage Christmas icons, especially Santa and the reindeer. They remind me of the magic Christmas held for many of us when we were children. Like the Christmas in "A Christmas Story" but without the ugly leg lamp!

Christmas Candles Linen Vintage Tablecloth I am coming to the end of time to list Christmas tablecloths. This one is linen with Shiny Brites and candles in red, green and gold. The gold is mostly gone but it still looks great and the fabric is substantial. There are a couple of small spots in the center I didnt see before so I didnt try to wash the cloth. I would use it as is. HTF Mod Christmas Reindeer Vintage Tablecloth This great tablecloth is from my personal collection. I believe it was designed by Pat Prichard. Any tablecloth with pastel colors is highly desireable. Most of the gold is gone but the other colors are pretty good. There are a couple of faded stains. Several pinholes. Couple of slightly tufty corners. Hopefully the dirt will wash out. I found a fabric flaw in the middle of a wreath. You can cut this up and hem to the length you need. Christmas Holly Berries MWT Vintage Tablecloth These overall print cloths are a great counterpoint to the traditional border prints we usually see. This is by Leacock, one of the best. It's printed on stain release cotton. Many of the Christmas cloths now have residual staining from their use. This one is clean and would clean up well. The pattern name is Berry Festival. Rare Christmas Toys Vintage Tablecloth This tablecloth was printed by hand by Edward C. Smith. The tablecloth is not signed but the similar towel is. The towel comes up fairly often for sale, this tablecloth hardly ever. The towel is not included in this sale. It has been in my personal collection for ten years but I never use it so it is time for it to find a new home. Larger size with bright colors on bright white textured cotton. Trees, hobby horses, sleds, tops. Just wonderful! A couple of faint yellow stains that are not really visible. Christmas Terry Bells NWT Vintage Tablecloth This great Simtex terry cloth came in the original bag with a label loose. I removed the bag and the cloth has a slight storage odor that will wash out. The pattern name is Jingle Bells. There is some light age staining here and there that looks like it will wash or soak out. Terry cloths are great to use with the kids or on a bar table because they are more absorbent than regular cotton cloths. Christmas Candles MWOT Vintage Tablecloth I bought this tablecloth as Mint With Tag but the tag has been removed and the tablecloth washed. The paper label travels with from Falspun Fallani and Cohn. The pattern name is Christmas Candle. It is in near mint condition with no fading and only a couple of tiny smudge marks outside the border as pictured. A lot of the Christmas cloths I have been finding lately have either significant gold loss or age staining. Age staining is very hard to remove when the tablecloth has gold dye and cannot be soaked in Oxy. This tablecloth looks great! Larger Christmas Poinsettia Vintage Tablecloth This larger cloth is a modularized rayon. That means that you should still be careful when wet but it is more structured and stable when wet than the old thinner rayon. It has numerous light stains that did not come out in a simple wash. They are visible but not horrible. There are a couple of tiny darker spots. If you use this in a lower light or with plenty of dishes, nobody will notice the stains. Startex Christmas Trees Vintage Tablecloth Vintage tablecloths never cease to amaze me! I ran across this Startex Christmas tablecloth that I have never had before. Started digging and found another that I dont remember seeing and am keeping for myself. Hmm. This is a pretty pattern. Nice bright red with gold ornaments and green trees. Red Gold Floral NWT Vintage Tablecloth The name of this rose patterned tablecloth is Holiday. It is by P&S Creations. Unfortunately it has extensive light storage staining. The staining is also darker along one long fold. It is darker in person than it looks in the pictures. Because of the gold dye, Oxy should not be used. I would maybe try Biz or something gentle like a free and clear laundry detergent. Because so many collectors prefer tagged tablecloths, I will not remove the label to soak it myself.
